Meet A.L.S. the founder and patriarch of our family business. Al Schrader started in the real estate business over 50 years ago. Eventually he gravitated to the manufactured housing business where his initial primary emphasis was retail. After establishing a significant retail market presence, Al began developing Manufactured Housing Communities. A.L.S. Properties ranked the 54th largest manufactured housing company in the country in 2021. Our focus is full service for our customers.
